Orders are shipped from Hamilton, New Zealand via NZ Post, however depending on stock levels they may be shipped from Australia.

Customers can exchange or return for refund a product you have purchased from BlockBlueLight within 30 days of purchase.
Please email our customer service team on info@BlockBlueLight.co.nz and let us know the issue and whether you would like to return or exchange your BlockBlueLight product.

BlockBlueLight is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but can unfortunately make no guarantees. All shipping will be tracked and a tracking number provided at time of shipment. This tracking number can be used by you to locate any parcels with your national carrier.
If your order is not able to be delivered due to incorrect address information provided on your order resulting in NZ Post returning your order to BlockBlueLight will result in a return shipping cost of $10.99 being deducted from any refund given, or this will be payable before we resend the order to correct address.
Our products are all hand checked before they are neatly packaged up for you. However, if your product is faulty, we will comply with our obligations under New Zealand Consumer Law and refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. We will also cover shipping costs.
