NightFall Wayfarer Blue Blocking Glasses - Crystal
I have to admit I was skeptical at first. I need to study at night after my little one goes to sleep and Prior to using My eyes would feel so so strained and when I would finally go to bed, even though I was tired, I felt wide awake. Doing this every night slowly took a toll. When I wore the Nightfall glasses I noticed the difference in the first night! No more eye strain, and I would fall asleep quickly after study! Extremely happy!

Love this! I use it as a night light and also for reading in bed. It’s perfect! I can fall asleep easily as there is no blue light to keep me awake. I also get headaches from other LEDs as they flicker but this light has no flicker and doesn’t give me headaches. So glad I found this!

I Brought these a month ago, hoping they would help my eye strain. They have exceeded my expectations! I no longer get eye strain, and I also didn't realise how dry and itchy my eyes used to be. I also noticed I am not getting as many headaches. Such a happy purchase, and pleasant surprise of benefits. Highly recommend!
Deluxe Delta Sleep Mask - 100% Light Blocking
This is an extremely good product, very intelligently designed. I felt confident from the other reviews that it would be good, but it's better than I hoped for. The eye "patch" covers are connected by velcro and as a result you can get any spacing or rotation that you like to fit your individual comfort. Even when the positioning isn't perfect, the light will still be blocked 100%, but the ability to get it "just" right for my face is brilliant. Worth every penny.
NightFall Premium Blue Blocking Glasses
Great night time glasses. Very pleased that they block everything from 380 to 550 nm. I actually had the opportunity to have them checked with a spectrum analyser and it showed it does exactly what it says so very very pleased. I wear then for about 2 hours before bed to maximise the effect of releasing melatonin and generally fall asleep within 5 min. I do notice the difference in my deep sleep when I have been out and not had the opportunity of wearing them before bed. They are also great at blocking more light with the wrap around features so there is less chance of getting that stray light into your eyes.
Sweet Dreams Sleep Lights (No Blue Light)
I purchased a few of these lights understanding the science but a little skeptical about the rave reviews. I’m now a convert!! I initially bought 2 and went on to buy 4 more .... these lights are fantastic! Not only do they light the room in beautiful soft warm tones but they are strong enough to emit enough light to read etc. Very calming and falling off to sleep is so easy. Will buy more for sure!
