I have had this for just over 1 month now, the service was excellent, from when i ordered it to arrival, it is a really solid well built piece, it is easy to use and does everything as advertised, when doing my research before buying i found these lights as good if not better than any other i could find similar with regard to features and value for money. I bought this panel because of the wider health benefits but have also been keen to expose my left arm to it, as I’ve had tennis elbow for several months now. It had been gradually settling a little and I started using the pro panel more recently. About a week ago, overuse of that arm again led to a very painful flare up, such that even just walking around I’d constantly keep on getting severe sudden burning pains in my left forearm. Sit was as bad as it had ever been and I despaired it would ever get better. So I’ve been really focusing on that arm with the panel. It might be coincidence but the pain calmed right down after only two days. I also find it quite relaxing sitting in front of the panel in an otherwise dark room. Coincidentally I’ve been sleeping better too. Again, I don’t know if it’s cause and effect though.

Do not know much about red light therapy, I have to trust what is written in specification.
So far I can tell it looks good, easy to get started, For what I understand has to be use daily. Timing of use is bit confusing for me. Not sure to use 5 min or 20 min? However it feels very pleasant on the skin. It’s fascinating how bruises will change in colour after sessions!

My husband and I are really happy with the panel. A number of our friends have tried it and since purchased. The word of mouth is powerful. One of my friends went on a cruise after using mine trying to relieve her sciatic within five days she felt so much better. Apparently on the cruise she made a number of friends that’s she is still in touch with and sent them information about the Blockblue light panels. As I said the word of mouth and most importantly the results you get from it.
