I measure my deep sleep on my smart watch and these lightbulbs, I also have the glasses for when I need to look at my phone past 7pm, both items give very good results. My deep sleep score has increased a lot and overall sleep quality improved

We use this in the bathroom, living room and kitchen. People always say what a nice warm glow our home has. I’ve noticed that since we switched to these bulbs a few years ago that I fall asleep faster.

Our whole house (more or less) is lit by these bulbs now, including our work spaces. They provide enough light to work by, the light itself is a great deal more pleasant than high blue LEDs, and it has helped me with eye strain and headaches. Good reasons to love these lights!

I have these in my bedside & living room lamps and they are a great warm brightness suitable to read near it and give the room a cozy feel. I now feel the relaxation with these lights - as soon as I turn off overhead LED downlights and have these on, my body just releases tension.
