Its Not Just Blue...Its Also Green...
Green light is right next to blue light on the visible colour spectrum, this means that the "melatonin disruption zone" also extends into the green light range. Green light up to 550nm at night can also send daytime signals to the brain. For optimal night-time protection we need to remove 100% of blue AND green light up to 550nm.
Be careful, as there are many other "blue blocking" glasses on the market that have not been verified to block all the required blue and green light wavelengths which is essential for these glasses to be effective and provide adequate night-time protection!

Have only worn a couple times so far and they are lightweight and easily attached to my glasses.
I remove my mobile from the bedroom and the combination of these clip on (worn in evening around the house removed when going to bed) and then reading with book lamp I seem to sleep really well throughout the entire night.

They fit my glasses well and are easy to use. I didn't used to sleep too bad, but was having anxiety and panic attacks some days, and finding it hard to feel calm or relaxed. I have tried many things for years, nothing really did much. Lately I was reading articles by a brain surgeon who said you have to get rid of blue and green light at night. That is why I bought these darker lenses, my son and husband just got the normal night lenses. I have been wearing them about a month, and after a week I realised I am so much calmer and more relaxed. I wear them from 7pm until I go to bed.

I wear prescription glasses and thought these would be helpful. Whilst I think the lenses are, these are quite deep and I only wear small glasses so they tend to aggravate my cheeks. I have since purchased some in a different design.

So I purchased these to do them over my normal glasses because I don’t wear contacts lenses to wear the other ones. It fits exactly how it should, easy to put on and of and to maintain. I wear them at home, in town or by work I would wear them.
