Have got the whole family onto these for general evening wear, computer and phone use and watching TV. Great for us oldies who need to wear regular glasses underneath but also great for our teenage kids without and gives full blue light protection without reducing vision. You get used to the amber glow really quickly and its surprisingly uplifting :)

My son has work these for a couple of weeks and is not aware of any difference.

The fit is excellent. Not too loose but fits nicely over my readers. Seems to work well to push my sleep pressure earlier as I have delayed sleep phase syndrome. But my kids mock the old lady glasses when i wear these!

I chose the fitover option as I wear multiple focus glasses so it was really the only option I could use. I would not wear them when other people are around but as I live alone they work just fine over my glasses to watch tv or do other things around the house. It is like wearing orange sunglasses and certainly feels a lot more relaxing on my eyes.

Got these for my parents who both have glasses and they've found them easy to use, fit well over their glasses and comfortable to wear.

But in combination with my glasses and several hours it does become painful.

I’m a woman and don’t have a large head. While I find these glasses work well, they are a tight fit. It hurts after a while. I wish there was more give on the sides.

These will make you look like you're about to jump on your hover board, bit really you're jumping into some awesome sleep 😀😴

Tested and true. I'm a chronic non sleeper. The first night I used this I slept like a log. We both wear these when watching tv and using screens once the sun goes down.
