The SunDown Amber Lens has been specifically designed and proven to block 100% of blue from 400-500nm. Using the SunDown Amber lenses provides the perfect balance of a lighter amber tint allowing more visual colour perception, while still remaining effective at blocking 100% of harmful blue light.
These glasses are perfect for use in the early evening when blue light protection is required but greater colour perception is preferred.

I was quite sceptical at first and so I would sometimes not bother using them in the evenings. I don’t normally have trouble falling asleep quickly so they haven’t had much impact there. But with more use I’ve noticed that I go bed earlier on days when I wear them and it’s a bit easier to wind down. Very easy to use. I imagine they’d have more impact if I was the sort of person who found it hard to drop off to sleep.

I put off buying these for quite a while, I wish I hadn't. I have had sleep problems all my life and as I have gotten older it has become worse. I would wake in the morning feeling as if I hadn't slept at all and would have to drag myself out of bed because I was so tired.
I put them on from around 7 to 7.30 pm until I go to sleep around 10 to 10.30pm,
After using these I am waking up not feeling as if I need more sleep. Even though I still wake during the night, it would be a big ask for me to sleep through the night without waking up I have never done that in my entire life!!, I still feel rested and am getting through more jobs during the day than I have for a very long time. Can't Thank this company enough for making such a great product.
I also have not had a migraine since using these and I could have one a week.

These are my third pair of Blue light blocking glasses from BlockBlueLight so I know and trust the quality of their products. These clip-ons work really well and are a good compromise (especially for my pocket) from my original idea of getting prescription versions of blue light blocking glasses. I work on multiple large computer screens and I wanted a way to protect my eyes a bit better especially at night.
They fit over my prescription glasses really well (I got the small version) and they do not distort things whatsoever. Now I can work on the computer at night without messing up my circadian rhythm too much.

Excellent glasses. I have noticed an improvement to my physiological and mental states going to sleep having used these. The clip-ons are slim and lightweight , fit comfortably over my glasses. Though I have tried other brands, I can say that these glasses are superior .
