I find the light panel mini gives relief to my hands where I have arthritic degeneration such that I cannot close my fingers into fists. I use it in the evenings before bed and my symptoms are not getting worse and the tendons etc in my hands and wrists feel looser. It definitely has halted the progess of bilateral Duputrens. I like i can fit both hands at the same time on the mini, I useboth settings for 15 or 20 mins.

I have a medium sized panel for daily use at home and I recently purchased a small travel panel to go away for a month. It is incredibly intense and powerful.
Red light & NIR along with a couple of key skin care products has given me beautiful skin, the best skin of my life - and I am in my mid 50s!!! I get compliments every week from women when out and about in town, including from the young beauty therapists at my local spa! I dial up your website for them and advise them all to purchase a panel!
I value the NIR for the benefits on mitochondrial function which is key to the health of every cell in the body, not just skin. I also use the panel when I get an injury or sore joints.
