However , miracle I have experienced🙌🙌 Second day cold sore “bubble” dries out in minutes , really . I do keep the light on my lips as much as I can for quicker results .Each time cold sore despair in two days . Honestly , this works magic .

I bought the red light therapy torch because we travel quite a bit and I wanted to be able to get the benefits of red light on the go! It's compact, super easy to use and switches off automatically so you know you can just sit back and wait for the light to turn off on it's own, rather than moving your focus to check the time. I bought this on the recommendation of my dentist after a fall bruised my jaw on one side. After using for 3 days there is a noticeable change in the bruising and swelling on my face. After reading these reviews, I used it on my sore phone thumb and noticed a steady pain relief. If using this small targeted area device is giving me such amazing results in reducing inflammation and pain relief, I am wondering how big of a red light panel do other people find themselves eventually settling on? btw. I do use this as a medical device, not as a beauty treatment. But . . . the side effect of softer skin is real. and amazing!

I use the torch to target specific areas when I'm not using my red light panel. I use the torch on pain areas, face and the dry skin on my hands. I also use the torch on clients when I travel to their house to provide massage therapy.

I have had the torch a few weeks and found it very easy to use. Good to have a device that is transportable. But I have not been consistent enough to give a fair review on effectiveness as I have lent it to a friend in need! But it seems good. The only thing was it does seem to get a bit warm if used consecutively more than two areas. However it cool down very quickly and did not seem to be a problem.

Not sure if it does the job, but I will definitely try harder to get the results I was looking for maybe should have gotten the other kind the panel, it’s compact and easy to travel with. I personally can’t hold it up to my neck for to long as my arms not the best these days so then they ache but after paying for this one I can’t afford a panel.

Purchasing this was a mistake. What I didn't know is that you need to hold it in one spot about an inch away from the skin and it's heavy. I wish I had purchased a panel instead because this targets such a small area that it doesn't work for my hip or my face or any are that's more than 1.5 - 2 square inches at most. If I am super patient, I can eventually cover my hip area one little bit for 5 min at a time and feel a difference. I also didn't know that the red light would be hard on my eyes so when I look to see & carefully move to the next little area, it's difficult with or without the protective glasses. All in all, I find I don't use my new Red Light Therapy Target Torch at all because it's just too challenging to get the results I purchased it for. More clear information on the specific purpose and uses of this device, when it is and isn't useful, would be helpful for customers in making wiser purchasing choices.
