These glasses have really changed my life! Before I was struggling to fall asleep and I always woke up during the middle of the night. I was worried that these glasses would make everything too dark to function in the evening round the house. However, I was wrong and everything is still perfectly visible, just with a different hue. I tried a different pair initially but the bridge across the nose was too large, so the glasses kept slipping down. I was able to exchange them easily and these Nightfall Taylor are a snug fit now. I brought these glasses as I suffer terribly with insomnia & am trying everything I can naturally to help to better my sleep quality. Not only stylish & comfortable to wear but in the short time I have had noticed I am having more deep sleep in my sleep cycles according to my Apple Watch sleep app. I do fall asleep a lot quicker so hopefully my waking up & not getting back to sleep improves in time. Would highly recommend blue light blocker glasses.
Very comfortable fit. Liked the antiglare properties. Wearing them after 4pm at work where we have strong fluro lights, and when using devices at home in the evening to get a better night sleep. Will be ordering a second pair with a slightly lighter tint to for computer work earlier in the day.

I really like this style, the lenses are fairly big so it feels like there’s good “coverage” for my line of sight. I haven’t worked many night shifts since receiving the glasses, but I do think it’s helping me fall asleep earlier in general.
