Perfect amount of light at night + great help for my circadian rhythm journey!

This is bright enough to light up a whole room but dim enough to speak “wind down” the red light is so soothing, I’m so glad I swapped my bedroom light out for this

From the cosiness ans warmth of the Sweet Dreams lights in the living room, I go to the Twilight Red in the bedroom. And sleep I do! Love the ambiance of this globe as I go to bed! Grateful!!!

I have been using these red lights for about a year and my quality of sleep is much better!

I like it. It’s just a bit too bright for me at night because I used it as overnight lamp. I put 4 star reason is I prefer a bit dimmer and it will be perfect. Thank you

I put this in my son’s room so he can have a red light to see, but helps to wind down the energy from the day. He likes to fall asleep w it on, and then I turn it off later. It provides a beautiful glow of red .

I absolutely love these twilight red light bulbs. I have one in the bathroom. Great ambience for a bath soak. Very helpful for getting into sleep mode. Sleeping so well since using these.
